Sea-to-Sky GreenGuide and Map
The new Sea-to-Sky GreenGuide produced by the Design Centre for Sustainability offers a dynamic, centralized repository of leading-edge examples of “greening” the built environment between Metro Vancouver and Pemberton, British Columbia. The interactive website (seatoskygreenguide.ca), developed in cooperation with the Open Green Building Society, contains detailed information and photos for over 130 best practice case studies as well as links to audiotours. It is complemented by a printed map identifying the location of each project. The Sea-to-Sky GreenGuide seeks to foster ongoing growth in understanding, replication, and innovation in sustainable urban development by sharing knowledge and practical examples of sustainability.
The Sea-to-Sky GreenGuide and Map were recently launched in Vancouver at Globe 2010.
