Mondays

  • Howe Sound Performing Arts Society. Board meetings held every second Monday at the Squamish Arts Council Building. If you are interested in joining the BOD or wold like more info on the organization, please visit the website at www.howesoundarts.ca

  • Squamish Gardeners meet monthly (3rd Monday) at the Squamish Public Library. Bring your gardening questions and dilemmas for discussion. 7:00 pm.
  • Single Moms Drop-In Centre - open every Monday, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm. 1930 Diamond Road, St. John's Anglican Church. Free Childcare.

  •  Farm and Garden Talks at C-Dar Lodge 
Mondays, free of charge. Time: 9:30 to 11:00 am. 
C-Dar Lodge, Paradise Valley, fifth entrance to the left after you reach the gravel road. Everyone welcome - you do not have to be a farmer or a gardener to come, listen and be part of it. Often, 12 to 15 people (from various walks of life) attend.

 A large variety of ideas are presented and discussed: the latest earthquakes, climatic changes, chemical fertilizer and their consequences, GMOs, the petrification of garden soils and the loss of soil fertility, compost making, and biodynamic gardening methods in general. 

Please do arrive at C-Dar Lodge a few minutes early so talks can start on time.

  • Sea to Sky Singers invites former and new members to join our adult community choir.  Rehearsals are Tuesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 pm at St. Johns Anglican Church.   • Codependents Anonymous, is a Twelve Step Program for men and women who want healthier, more functional relationships with themselves and others.   • Dog Agility. Dogs over 10 months old and their handlers will have a great time learning about dog agility equipment. Dogs with previous experience learn off leash & more complex tricks. This is not a dog obedience class, dogs need basic training and need to be kept under control. 604 898 3604.
