* Join the migration.  Walk with Alex Morton on her 500 km journey to tell the Federal and Provincial governments to get the fish-farms out of BC waters while there are still wild salmon to save.

People decide to go gluten free for different reasons - some for health reasons, some for better digestion; whatever your reason, it can be confusing and hard to know where to start.

In this workshop, I will teach you some easy tips on how to give up gluten without feeling overwhelmed.

Each week children will have fun creating various types of crafts: painting clay pots, jewellery making with glass beads, suncatcher decor, and using funky fabric to decorate keepsake boxes. Fee includes all supplies.

All Shook Up’ is a fast paced, highly entertaining show from its opening number ‘Jailhouse Rock’ to the finale ‘Burning Love’. Performed by a 52 person cast from Howe Sound Secondary School. Directed by Janice Carroll, produced by Whitney Franklin and choreographed by Jennifer Carney.

There will be 8 shows: Wednesday, April 28, 29,30, May 1 and May 5, 6, 7, 8.
