Squamish Days is a weekend full of excitement, fun and action aimed to make every member of the family smile. There are music events, children's activities, a parade, wacky bed races, a 10 km run, pancake breakfast and two world class Loggers Sports Shows with competitors from all around the world.

The Squamish Valley Golf and Country Club fairways will be hopping early this season as the 18-hole course attracts professionals and amateurs of all levels during a series of tournaments.

The beef barbecue has been a Squamish Days tradition for over 50 years. The meat is slowly cooked over a bed of alders and is a crowd favourite.

The Squamish Manor at Third Ave and Pemberton is holding a Yard Sale July 31st from 1 pm to 3 pm. There are lots of great deals to be had and the seniors are hoping for a good turnout.
