The Squamish Public Library will be hosting a Baby Party for all babies born in the last year. Meet other new parents, experience a storytime, and learn more about our Children's programs and services. Refreshments will be served at this free event and each baby will be given a small gift.

Annual motorbike ride to Squamish from Trev Deeley Motorcycles on Boundary, ends in Pavillion Park n Cleveland Avenue. Includes the Squamish Classic Car Club Show & Shine, a BBQ with Parkside Restaurant and Live Music. Fun for the whole family! Fundraiser for a Squamish youth living with cancer.

We are having our 18th Annual Squamish Motorcycle Toy Run. We will be leaving Gallileo Coffee shop parking lot at 12:01 p.m. on Sunday September19,2010 and traveling down the 99 to Government were we turn off and travel down Cleveland were we will end up at the Pavilon park where we will be having a barbeque, poker run, 50/50 draw for everyone and a few door prizes for the riders.

New this year! The Sound Children’s Chorus, led by Melissa Braun is open to boys and girls ages 9-12. This community choir is designed as an introduction to choral singing. The children’s chorus will meet on Sundays from 5pm-5:45pm at the Squamish Arts Counil Building in Pavilion Park on Cleveland Ave. The fall semester begins on Sunday, September 19th.

The Sound Youth Chorus is back for its second season! This community choir is comprised of girls ages 13-18. Under the Direction of Kelly Coubrough, they meet Sundays from 6pm-8pm at the Squamish Arts Council Building in Pavilion Park on Cleveland Ave. The new fall semester begins on Sunday, September 19. Registration will still be open on Sunday, September 26.
