Come to meet Ella-Fay Zalezsak, the new Squamish Library Director, as she hosts a panel of service providers offering language, settlement and integration services for newcomers and immigrants in Squamish. As the number of newcomers to our community increases, so do the range of services. 18:00

Squamish Public Library. 6:00 pm. Come to the Squamish Public Library for our Eighth Annual Scrabble Tournament. Play individually or get together a team of 2 or 4 players. The emphasis here is on fun! The entry fee ($5 for individuals and $10 for teams) and money from pledges goes to fund literacy programs at the library and and for Capilano University's community literacy programs. 20:00
