Summer Reading Club 2009 - Follow the Reader

A registration/information session for the Summer Reading Club will be held at the Squamish Public Library on Thursday, July 2nd from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm. During this session children will get their reading logs for the summer and find out more about the special weekly events that the Squamish Public Library Summer Reading Club will be hosting throughout the summer.

When children sign up for the Summer Reading Club, they will receive a bookmark and a weekly reading log. In their reading log they can record information about the materials they read over the summer. For every seven days of reading they do (minimum 15 minutes per day), children can bring their reading records into the library and receive stickers and enter draws to win fun prizes! And it’s FREE!!

The Theme for this summers reading club is ‘Follow the Reader!’ It will be a very exciting summer filled with books, crafts, games and more fun!
