Norman Rich: Magnificent Wildlife Moments An evenings talk and slide featuring wildlife photography from Western Canada by Norman Rich, including eagles, bears, owls, caribou, and ravens. In the talk he will also explore "creative intent and visual choices" as an artists approach to wild nature photography.
Norman Rich is a renown Canadian wildlife photographer with over 35 years fine arts background in painting, fine printmaking, and photography. His recent explorations into wilderness areas of the Northwest have taken him to Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories, and Haida Gwaii, as well as a three-month 8,000 km. expedition overland to and beyond the Arctic Circle.
