Downtown Squamish Members AGM

You are cordially invited to the Downtown Squamish BIA's Annual General Meeting at Grilled Fromage - 38134 Cleveland.

Come and hear what we've been up to and what is being planned for the year to come, both by the DSBIA and by the District of Squamish.

At this meeting we will be electing directors and voting on the 2010/11 Budget. We encourage you to become involved with the BIA in any capacity, whether it be director, volunteer, or associate member.

Please send any nominationsto info@downtownsquamish.com by March 1, 2010. Nominations will be taken from the floor during the meeting also.

Enclosed is the Agenda for the meeting, the minutes from last year's AGM, Financial Statements for 2009/10 and the proposed budget for 2010/11, a membership application and a director nomination form.
