Garden Columnist Steve Whysall speaks in Squamish

Quest University library. 7:00 pm. Whysall, who is well known in BC as a garden columnist for 20 years  will be presenting Great Gardens Home and Away. Regularly giving talks at garden shows and to garden clubs, Whysall was the first to receive, in 1999, the BC Landscape and Nursery Association's Communicator of the Year Award. Hosted by the Squamish Gardners, Whysall's presentation takes place in the multipurpose rooom of the Quest Library Building 7:00 pm, April 12. Free underground parking is available and the cafeteria will be open for those wishing to have dinner before the presentation.

Tix $12 or $10- for Squamish gardeners members which includes a chance for a door prize. Tix available at Billie's Bouquet, the Bookshelf, the Adventure Centre, Garibaldi Nurseries and the Village Garden Centre.
