Folk rock music live at Rockwell's.  Cam Salay has been living and performing in the Sea to Sky corridor since 1988 as a resident of Whistler from 88-98 and a Brackendale resident ever since. In 1993 Cam joined the group The Paperboys and toured North America extensively. In 1998 the band's album Molinos won a Juno award for "best roots and traditional album". Cam left the group in 2000 to spend more time at home and perform locally. He currently plays in a duo with ex-Paperboy fiddler Shannon Saunders. They are a regular fixture a the Dubh Linn Gate pub in Whistler as well as many other pubs, weddings and parties. Cam also performs as a solo artist and in several other combos as a guitar, bass or banjo player. He helps to co-ordinate the Brackendale Bluegrass Festival each year, hosts an open mic night each Monday at the Howe Sound Brew Pub and helps with many other local music projects.
