Squamish BMX Burger and Beer Fundraiser

Come join us on Sunday May 2nd from 4-7 at the Red Bench Diner (next to the Brackendale General Store) for a fundraiser and silent auction. A burger and beer is $10 and a Hot Dog and Juice is $5.  Please spread the word and bring your friends.  An obstacle course will be set up in the parking lot at the back so make sure the kids bring their bikes and helmets.

Our goals for the 2010 season are to purchase a proper light stand for the gate and to work on establishing a suitable spectator area for the upcoming Provincial Championship Finals we are hosting in August.  We hope to attract as many as 250 riders from around the Province that weekend so it would be nice to be able to provide a spot for them to view the motos.

Jerseys

If you have a jersey idea for the Squamish BMX Racing Club, please bring it at the beginning of the Burger and Beer Fundraiser.  We will post your ideas on a wall for voting.  Everyone will receive a sticker so that they can place it on
the idea they like the best.  The jersey with the most stickers wins.

Your idea does not have to be perfect, just a sketch will do.  We will have an artist develop the idea further and make everything perfect before we send them for printing.  If you want a say in what the club jerseys should look like be sure to attend the fundraiser.
