Sea to Sky Singers present… Deep Longing

Veronica McPhee directs the choir in an eclectic program featuring jazz, folk, and Canadian songs all about Longing; longing for someone, longing for travel, longing for other places, and longing for riches. Stephen Chatman’s, Songs of a Prospector, take us deep into the heart of a BC pioneer and miner. Light the Flame, by Squamish composer, Joanna Schwarz, is sure to strike gold with local audiences. Solo performances from the choir round out the program. Colleen Koop accompanies the ensemble on piano.
