Group of Seven slide show

Squamish Public Library. 7:00 pm. Eric Andersen presents slides of the works by Fred Varley, Jock MacDonald, WP Weston and other members of the Group of Seven who visited the Squamish area and Garibaldi Park to paint during the 20s and 30s. Special guests will read from the artists' descriptions of their encounters with Squamish scenery. Admission is by donation with proceeds going to obtaining high-quality prints of selected paintings for local permanent display.
