Creative Drumming Workshops (5 consecutive Sundays)

Creative drumming helps create a conduit to the Divine. It allows us to experience worship with our bodies as well as your mind. It also brings huge smiles on everyone's face! It is a great medium to unify, connect and develop a sense of belonging. In a warm, friendly and non-judgemental atmosphere, you will be enabled to: . Relax and let go of your internal dialogue & eliminate mental tensions . Contact your inner rhythms . Be encouraged to express yourself with creative impulse . Acknowledge your possibilities and your limits, and be lead to transcend them . Share, listen, dare . Have fun! By simple and colourful exercises that respect your pace, you will: . Learn basic warm-up tools . Be guided with visualisation exercises . Explore multiple ways of creating your own patterns and rhythms . Participate in spontaneous solo, duo, trio and group improvisations . Create collective rhythmic songs .
