The Zero Mile Diet is Coming to Squamish

Carolyn Herriot, author of the newly released, bestselling book, The Zero Mile Diet, will be in Squamish on Saturday, September 25.
Squamish Farmers Market 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Carolyn will be giving a presentation at the Farmers' Market sharing her book, and sharing ideas and information in the skills of seed saving.
Eagle Eye Theatre 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Carolyn will be giving a presentation "The Zero Mile Diet" - Sustainable food production in British Columbia. Carolyn's approach to backyard gardening includes a key level of consciousness upon the present state of the environment and our ever increasing dependence upon factory farming. Her step-by-step guidance in year-round food production is inspiring and practical. She is a living example of sustainable gardening in British Columbia. TSuggested Donation is $5.
